When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days of the order being placed. Part of the goods will be shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items are produced and shipped directly from our own factories located in the United States, Canada and Australia. Shipment will arrive in 10–20 business days after the shipment date, depending on the carrier and your delivery location. We apologize that shipment delays may occur due to customs clearance, inspection procedures, or carrier transportation issues.

Address changes are only permitted on or before 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day your order is placed. You may contact us via service@xxoliver.com to submit an address change request.
Can I deliver to another address other than my card billing address?
